Original Comment To Whom It May Concern:<br /> I am so disappointed in your Comfort Inn in Cross Lanes, WV. We had a toy poodle for 17 years (she passed last year) and visited your beautiful facility at Cross Lanes at least 6 times a year. In the past you had at least one or two pet-friendly rooms and I would always hear positive remarks and reviews from folks (as well as us) in the lobby stating how pleased we were to be staying at your Comfort Inn with our pets. Over 70% of travelers now travel with their fur-baby companions. I understand you not wanting a huge pet in your facilities, but at least have one pet-friendly room for small pets and also state someone has to be with them at all times. We have a 4 lb toy poodle and we would never board her or even consider staying at Motel 6........the only place in Cross Lanes, WV that allows pets in the room. If you ever decide to allow small pets in the Comfort Inn in Cross Lanes, WV.........please email me so I can be one of your very first guests.<br /> Have a great day,<br /> Sondra<br /> Roanoke, VA
