Original Comment This is the worse company to invest money in. I am facing the same problem with this brand. I order stove range and it turned out to be a defective product. when I called sears they pointed me to different direction and I am still juggling with this issue I have with stove oven. I am unable to use my oven at all as it caused the fire and it's not even more than 3 weeks that I started using my brand new product. Sears people are really giving me hard time on exchanging product. I feel like I am stuck with this people as I order whole my kitchen appliance from Kenmore only. i can not even cook turkey on thanksgiving as my oven is not working:((. i strongly don't recommend buying appliance from sears as they have pathetic service. they are only interested in selling appliance but they don't care about customer satisfaction at all.
