Original Comment I've been trying to work with PNC on an issue concerning one of their branch employees that I was in a personal relationship with using my personal account information that she acquired while living with me to gain unauthorized access to my account. I have the documented evidence of the transactions including the reference nos. The complaint was elevated to the Executive Client Relations Dept., they claim an investigation was completed and a letter was sent to me. I've received no letter, and the employee in question confronted me in public on 12/10/16 accusing me of trying to get her fired. It is my belief that someone in the management chain has intervened in the investigation because the employee in question is the top account producer in the Northeast Maryland region , and they don't want to lose her revenue. I would like to know if I can take this issue to a higher level than Executive Client Relations. That has been an abject failure. Thank You.
