Original Comment Day 4 - my husband's tracfone had to be replaced by Dec. 31st. Had another flip phone from tracfone that I wanted to transfer the number, minutes, etc to. Took 2 days and they gave him a new phone number by mistake. After 4 hours on the phone yesterday, they said the number would be changed in 2 hours. Still not changed20 hours later. Too boot, they got my smart phone info and then changed my cell number. After being on the phone with them for 2 hours I was told they could not change it back. <br /> <br /> This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It always takes hours and days for them to correct something. When our minutes are up we are outta there!!!!!!!
