Original Comment Don't Ever Shop At The Rohnert Park Store!!!<br /> If Corporate doesn't fire people here then they are just as bad...<br /> <br /> This was a by far the most horrible buying experience that i have ever had. I walk in the door to see a salesman slamming a Monster energy drink. After about 30 minutes of insanity i had to ask the man to leave us be, so we could look around. Later that day we spent about $4000 with a new salesman. The next day i was to pick up the chair because it was a close out item. As i walk into the store I am greeted by the same Monster drinking salesman but this time he has a huge Pit bull dog in a harness and a leash. This dog is acting crazy and being very aggressive. It would have bit me for sure if it would have gotten loose. I felt super threatened. Another employee had to tell him to remove the dog cause he is scarring customers. Well after getting the chair, the couch and dining set was to be delivered and assembled for the price of $400.I was told everything was in stock and that it would be delivered the following Monday between 8-12. Well it showed up at 7:30 that night with no dinning set. After three weeks of lies from the store, warehouse and three last minute delivery cancellations on their part, I have had enough. I just want a refund but NO. Now the store tells me my shipment is GUARANTEED!!! But nope, Its just another delivery no show.<br /> So i call because i just want my money back. But Nope they say the Manager is busy and cant talk to me. So i drive two hour to the Rohnert Park store where i did my purchase. They made me wait three hours for the manager before the would refund my money. And you would think that they would refund half of my delivery money since they only delivered half of the product, but NOPE. All i got was rudeness. I would have never purchased the couch with a $400 delivery charge on it. I paid them to deliver and assemble everything.<br /> What they did was steal, lie and cheat me.
