Original Comment I am writing this letter as I would like for Samaritan Law Office to be completely removed from my account. Last year in May I retained what I thought was a legitimate Law Office to help me in being reviewed for a program to keep my home. After months of paying them to provide this service, they all of a sudden stopped calling me, updating me and ceased contact with me around December 2016. I tried reaching out several times, with no return contact. Soon after I found that this law firm was no longer in business and all the contact information including phone number sand email were disconnected, as well as several bad reports online which confirmed I had been scammed and that they were out of business. At this point I am left with a sale date upcoming on August 10th and I am unable to call in to my lenders PNC Loss mitigation department because I am not authorized.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> As the owner and sole holder of this debt, I request that immediately this Samaritan Law Group be removed from the account as I need to be able to speak on my account in order to find a resolution to the past due amount on the account.<br /> <br /> I have reached out to my states attorney general to make them aware of what has been happening as they have told me it is illegal for the lender PNC to deny me access to my account specially if the Law firm in question is no longer in business and cannot be reached in order to remove themselves from my account. I do not want my account to be held hostage at this critical time as I am being foreclosed illegally because I cannot speak on my account.
