I received a 1974Y approximately one month ago. The unit itself was determined to be faulty and Hoover sent a replacement.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The new unit arrived today, but it does not charge (I am currently on the phone with a supervisor - - and after multiple requests to speak with his supervisor - he is just simply staying on the line and saying nothing. It has been approximately 5 minutes now. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I can not say strongly enough how difficult customer service has been with this company.
