I recently decided to join planet fitness at the Catonsville location while going to workout with a friend in September of 2019. At the time of enrollment I wasn't told of or given any rules, restrictions, exclusions, etc it was a basic enrollment: License, payment, and membership card was given to me. Soon after I went to a different location close to my house to workout and was then informed I was limited to only visit/workout at the location I had enrolled???? I then called to see if I could get a transfer and was told no??? Then I asked for a refund since it had only been about 3 months since enrolling and was again told no??<br /> So I can't workout at the planet fitness down the street from my house, I can't switch locations, nor can I get a refund? What kind of franchise is this? Where is the customer service?; and why should the customer have to at a financial lost due to lack of communication during enrollment from a planet fitness employee?<br /> Dissatisfied Planet Customer
