Original Comment RE: Covid-19 Please take measures to ensure safer handling and delivery of online orders to Ralph's customers. I've visited the store on Olympic Blvd. in Santa Monica twice in the past two weeks, the latest trip yesterday. I was amazed that most of the employees I observed shopping for online customers had no masks, no gloves, handles some items and replaced them on shelves, often egnored their distance from others and seemed to be so focused on filling carts that they were oblivious to the safeguards needed to protect themselves, other customers in the stores and those whose orders were being filled. Online shopping may be convenient but it sure isn't safe. Ralph's is not alone but please, Management take proper action to rectify this dangerous oversight.
