Original Comment On Saturday April 4th I went to your Brooklyn Park store to rent an Insulation blower. Upon returning home I tried several times and many different things to get it to work to no avail. After 2 hours of my time trying to get it to work I was unable to do so and loaded it back up to return to the store. Upon returning to the store I talked to the store Manage and explained to him what had happened I asked him if there was anything he could do to compensate me for my time lost due to the faulty equipment. He did offer to refund my money but in a very condescending rude way. I have been going to this store for 25 years and this is not the first time I have been treated like this. Due to this latest incident I will no longer be a customer at this store. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service!!
