Original Comment My father, who in 8 days will be 78 years old, cancer patient under going Chemo, had Dish installed in his home yesterday 4-9-2020. Now the 1st complaint I have is THE INSTALLED DID NOT WEAR ANY PROTECTIVE GEAR!!!!! NO mask No gloves!!!!!!!!!!!!<br /> I understand no one knows his health inssues, HOWEVER, shouldn't DISH NETWORK try to PROTECT everyone?? From the customer to the installer?? <br /> 2nd, the installer, a young guy dressed like he was homeless, left a HUGE mess in every room he went into, and left a HUGE mess outside!! <br /> 3rd, the installer left and didn't show my dad how to even work the remote. Installer left all 4 TVs on and my dad couldn't even figure out how to turn off the TVs. <br /> I would EXPECT WAY MORE from DIRECT TV than what my dad received yesterday..... I WOUKD NEVER RECOMMENDED DIRECT TV TO ANYONE. I am filling a complaint with every single agency today <br /> News outlets and BBB
