Original Comment AVOID THE SLIDELL RESTAURANT IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thought restaurants needed customers to stay afloat in this terrible time. I WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 35 MINUTES. Plus THEY NEVER PUT IN MY ORDER. When the lady came back on the phone she said she thought I Had HUNG UP. The phone. She would have found out if she came back to check. She needed the manager to put in my senior discount. Should this take 34 minutes?? Then they wanted to charge for a refill cup to take home. I used to eat there at least 2 times a week. I have never had such BAD service in my life. Your other restaurants in Metairie, Mandeville and Covington have always given me great service but Slidell doesn't know what GOOD SERVICE LOOKS LIKE. You have just lost 2 customers since I take a friend whenever I go. Maybe you can straighten them out and I will give them another try. Please let me know when that happens.
