Original Comment We pre-ordered our Dinner today for a 5pm pickup at the Monroeville, Pennsylvania location. We placed our order around Noon. When we arrived at 4:30 pm they were still processing the 3 pm pickups. At 8 pm the Managers came out and said they were closing down due to social distancing issues. They were forced to close they said. There were at least 70 people still waiting for our food. And, we'd have to wait at least 2 weeks for our refunds. I am sorry but you know it's Mother's Day. If your restaurant can't handle anymore orders you shut down your online system. So, at 8 pm on Mother's Day we don't get the dinner we waited for 3.5 hours and the Management Team was extremely rude and yelling at customers. Please contact me to discuss. 412-780-1479
