I am very disappointed and have videos for proof if Ryobi and HD are willing to view. This is my 4th mower of this model. All due to malfunctioning of self-propel and start feature. S.P. goes into hyperdrive and will start without the need of hitting the start button. This time, not only do I have these failures, but the locking features for safety and starting the mower will not stay locked. Mower keeps shutting off due to handle sliding down when in use. I've had this mower since Nov and used twice before winter and new grass was placed. I have not used it again till April. For my small yard and normal use, this should never be happening. This mower has dangerous safety issues and consistent failures. I love Ryobi and have all their products. However, this mower, I'm very frustrated with and disappointed that I cannot get a good working product. Should I go to Lowes and but Kobalt? What are Ryobi and HD willing to do? For the price of this mower, I should not be required to spend more, warranty repair or replacement, for this kind of product failure.
