Their father is not in the picture and I have no help at all.. Therefore, I have been providing a home, food and shelter for them on one paycheck... <br /> on June 26, 2020, I was trying to get a loan from Cash Advance America. They deposited $757.00 into my account and I was supposed to let it deposit and send it back to them to verify that it was truly me. Well, then I couldn't get into my account and I contacted customer service. I was informed that my account was in closure mode and there is nothing I can do about the money that was already in the account that was mine.. I have to wait until my check comes in the mail. I think it's completely wrong and I am being punished for a scam that I had no idea about. <br /> Citi bank is the only bank account that all my money goes into &amp; my kids and I are going without because of this incident.<br /> I want to know who I can reach out to so I can try to get my problem resolved. I would love to be able to keep my bank account and be able to access my funds that are MINE!
