Original Comment I am a concerned costumer. The Chicago outlets have a lot of issues. Not organized. Two times to try to buy with waiting list and never have the opportunity to get in. I am a frecuente costumer. I don't now what's going on. You need professional persons working and organize this problem. I call in advance and never have opportunity to get in. I feel like I don't like and have preferences. Thanks again
