We had been traveling since early that morning and checked in approximately dinner time. We checked in and then went to eat dinner then came back to sleep. We had to leave early in the morning to continue our travels and we were extremely tired. After we were all showered and ready for bed, we discovered our bed sheets were stained with many stains! It was shocking and disgusting! The towels also were not clean looking. The face-cloths looked like they had been cleaning rags that were washed but stained and not acceptable at all. There were what appeared to be &quot;crumbs&quot; between the sheets as well. This was a dirty guest room, not at all acceptable! We would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would we want to stay there ever again. The breakfast was supposed to be included however under the current COVID circumstances I do understand that they could not serve breakfast, however they could have either discounted the rate or given us more than a bottle of juice. We did not feel comfortable here and could not wait to leave. NOT a COMFORT hotel as the name suggests! I feel we were ripped off. The room was totally unacceptable.
