Original Comment Totowa New Jersey store .<br /> <br /> N.J. is a mask everywhere mandated state !!!!!!<br /> <br /> Your store ......Allowing customers to wear masks below nose and then allow customer to take masks completely off their face when trying on glasses by the walls .<br /> <br /> I asked employee to ask said customer to wear mask properly . Employee told me people do it all the time . Seems they are all afraid to enforce New Jersey mandates !!!!!<br /> <br /> I then had an altercation with the customer and of course your management didn't care .. then customers sat at the Ordering ... with manager ... with nose exposed .. how can a manager allow this to happen in a state where masks are mandated everywhere ?!?!?!<br /> I am reporting this store to the proper state authorities..I hope you receive a situation ...!! A your store lost one thousand dollars today . My husband and I would have bought very nice frames with progressive lenses ...<br /> <br /> Shame on this store !!!!!!!!!
