Original Comment Customer since 2006 and have had motorcycle coverage. I have one kid who only drive motorcycles before and after his time in the Marines. Tonight is the first time he has ever had to use the AAA card and was told his motorcycle is not covered. For some reason the policy changed. I called AAA and told them that there was an issue and I assumed I always had motorcycle coverage. They said they would now add it but there is a 48 hours waiting period. I objected as we need service now and we don't have time to figure out why the service ever was changed. NO supervisor would make th exception despite the fact I agreed to pay any costs.<br /> <br /> I don't need discount tickets to Disneyland any longer and I don't need a company that cannot support a Marine stranded on his bike.<br /> I will cancel tomorrow after calling the corporate office to voice my complaint.
