Bought a new electric Maytag stove that was delivered on June 2nd 2020. Only used the oven 8 or 9 times when the oven door wouldn't close. It looked like the hinge had bent on one side preventing the door from closing. This happened on July 30th. A repairman came on August 11th. Needed to order parts. Returned on August 18th. Replaced both door hinges. After he left I noticed when he put the door back together he didn't catch the molding on either side.Its just hanging there. Called the company. They can't come back until the 21st. In the meantime I have been unable to use my new oven for almost three weeks. I did not encounter rude customer service employees. The problem was it took over 30 minutes on the phone waiting for a chance to speak to someone. My problem is with the quality of the product. My Kenmore stove was 24 years old and I never had a problem with it. The burners finally wore out so I replaced it. I bought my new stove because it was a Maytag appliances. Big mistake. No more Maytag for me ever.
