Original Comment I had renewed my contract which cost me 49.99,which i paid on the 24th of september,and than on the 26th american home shield deducted another 67.99 out of my account which they had two contracts on one house which didnt need,so i call american home shield ask why they put two contract on one,and i didnt get no reply,and when i did to straighten it out, the first they did see the second contract,so the lady hung up on me,so i call a second time they put for 25 miniute,and they, i call a third time and i gave them the contract number that needs to cancelled,cause you no right to take a second amount out my accountwithout notetiying me which is my now is overdrawn 30,so total is 97.99,so again and got put on hold,and agian i hungup on,so frustration is setting in,because you my money basically you're saying f-ck me,if a cant get no satisfation,i will call a lawyer,i call 4 times,and this the way americsn home shield treats thier customers(sad)i will not call no more, but i will write some reviews
