Bought my kenmore in Jan. 2020. Still under warranty. I put in 5 calls about my Kenmore refrigerator making noises. Finally it quit working. Called and got a technician out on 10/14/2020. It spoiled all my food. The tech stated my kenmore was an awful item. Unplug for 72 hrs because it froze up. Then told me to unplug EVERY 6 months for 72 hrs. ?. He didn't touch the unit. Another tech came out 10/20/2020 and told me it was froze up. Ordered 2 parts and having them shipped to me. Couldn't get them or overnight the items so I could have a fridge. He can't come back out to put in until Nov. 3, 2020. I have been living out of a cooler for 2 weeks and by the time it's repaired it will be close to a month. I am appalled at the service I have gotten after 20 calls. No one can help me and this item should have been replaced. Who leaves a consumer in a cooler for almost a month. SEARS DOES! Do not purchase from this company.
