You steal money from us simply by not allowing us to utilize our accounts once we've forgotten our password. in my case I forgot my I forgot my password my email was no longer accessible to me and my phone number was no longer valid so I couldn't get into my account in any way and then I didn't have my ID which is what they decided they needed to have so I've been out of my account for approximately 3 months and now that I've submitted everything repeatedly I've talked to probably 200 different team members and have to start from ground zero every single chat because of kovid there's no phone calls and emails that everything gets lost in the thread for some reason so I just want to leave a comment and I'm trying to figure out how to call headquarters or the president or somebody and let them know about this faulty corporation that is accruing interest and probably making a substantial amount just from that little way alone from all of us little people who don't have real bank accounts venmo should be ashamed of themselves and I will be deleting my account as soon as they let me they won't let me even delete it because they wanted my ID so they froze it but let other people use my account go figure way to go venmo
