Original Comment I am very disappointed with AAA auto insurance service. They had someone call and do a survey in October and the lady did not put my children's own car insurance on file so they added them to my policy. After multiple phone calls, I was told that they couldn't remove the charge from October even though my children have their own insurance. I am very upset. They rather over charge me and lose me as a customer than fix the charge
