Original Comment A heartless company. My home was broken into and our ADT camera sensed the motion but failed to record the clips of the burglar. After having the system for 2.2 of the 3 years on my contract, I requested to cancel my ADT system with the cancellation fee waived. They refused to do so and asked for a "do over" with their security system...security systems are not the business to be in if you need a do over. They refused to waive the fee even though their system is faulty and they took away my peace of mind; something that can't be restored with any amount of money. I will never use ADT again and will tell all my family and friends to avoid the company at all costs. I hope they're happy with losing a lifetime of business over a $500 cancellation fee.
