Seriously something is going on with netspend and it is got to be fraud or pirates. Theyve lockes my account and will not unlock even after I provided everything possible to prove my identity and some extra documents to make sure their was no way my identity could not be verified. They charged me monthly fees for a locked account I could not use, I couldnt spend my money I couldnt access it I couldnt get it send to another account yet they kept taking money out of my account whenever they pleased how can they spend my money and transfer it and even touch my funds when I was not even able to....I spent up to 8 hours a day on the phone on hold and when I got a service person to talk to they'd find a way to hang up on me they did this every time. They also just put me onhold with out telling me and left me on hold for two hours....and still did not answer. They said it was suspicious activity is why they locked the account there was no SUSPICIOS activity I had needed to check my balance one day and my phone was dead so I tried to use a friends phone device to log on netspend thru the web browser and because I used my friends phone because my phone was dead and needing to be charged they locked my account....I called on Dec 10th my account was locked five days before today is january 6th<br /> ....they charged me monthly fees and I didnt even have access to my account for the month to charge me for monthly fees. I want my money back they took out of my account when it was locked because how can they spend my money but I can't amd they will not unlock my account they sent me a email saying they are going to close my account...I had called a few times and one time my info was not found. Ive spent the past MONTH trying to get my account unlocked and they will not unlock my account I sent them more than enough documents to PROVE THATS I AM WHO I SAY I AM AND THAT WAS MY ACCOUNT...I'm livid.....they had no right to do all this...then hang up on me every time for a month are u mf kidding me this is wrong along with mental customer service ppl who do rude things like lie hang up on you, mute you and will not respond or help you...... Ive been a loyal card holder of netspend for years and for them to treat me so wrong I am emotional highly and offended about this all.....I wantBKQT something done
