I just ordered a large King Arthur, garlic twist and 10 piece boneless chicken wings with 2 flavors. After receiving my order, it had all one flavor of wings. I called the store and a female manager/or so she claimed and told me I could come pick them up when they made the mistake. When I told her I had it delivered she told me that I guess I will have my driver go out of the way to deliver the right ones to you. When I tried to talk she said rudely that she didn't have time to talk to me anymore and then the phone went silent. I said hello and she said I'm busy and have to go. Then she hung up on me. I was going to tell her to just save it till the net time but she never gave me the chance. She was extremely rude and now I don't want to eat the wings she will be delivering since they probably will spit in them. I have never been treated so nasty from anyone at this store and will be contacting the regional/ corporate manager about her total disrespect and rudeness. I will demand an apology or I will never order from this store again and will spread the word. I also hope that they demote her or fire her for being so disrespectful to me just for letting them know of a basic mistake. I wasn't mad but now I'm pissed! Order was on Monday at 6pm. I order from them every week! Now they have brought me another order of what I was suppose to originally get and when I opened the box it was bone in wings. I don't eat bone in. The manager didn't even make sure I had the right items. Her name is something like Louanne at the Morro Bay location.
