I visited your restaurant for dinner last night. I was going to use the drive thru but due to there being a line I thought I would go in being that there was only one person standing in the restaurant.<br /> I attached the receipt so that you can see what I ordered and maybe understand why it took 5 to 10 minutes for my order to be taken by some one who came up from the kitchen. After I paid I was told that the flounder had to be dropped. I'm thinking ok, hot food.<br /> I waited about 30 minutes for my food. I went to the restroom which smelled like sewage. The restroom in this restaurant look like something you would find out doors in the back of a service station. <br /> When my food was ready I went to pick it up reluctantly because I was thinking about asking for my money back. When I asked for my bottled water I purchased I was told they were out of stock, although I asked before I ordered it and was told that they did have it. At that point I was offered watered in a cup, which I definitely declined and just left. The flounder sandwich and the biscuit were the only thing of quality out of the $16.18 worth of food I purchased. I guess they thought I asked for the Cajun, blackened and burnt shrimp. Yes, that is supposed to be shrimp. The fries were warm at best. I find it totally ridiculous that after waiting for fish to cook and as long as it took to get the order that it would be of such poor quality. <br /> I usually don't eat Popeyes and after this it will be a very long time if every that I will visit again. <br /> <br /> Thank you.<br /> Angela Jones
