I am writing to voice a complaint against one of your recommended Technical Service companies- Professional Technical Services in Florida. November 2, 2020 I called Miele to request service for my coffee maker. A technician, Pedro, came and diagnosed the problem. He needed to order a part. As of today, February 17, 2021 (15 weeks later) I am finally getting a response to my numerous calls and voicemails as to the status of the part. I have been promised the part by Friday. That's the final &quot;happy&quot; end to this experience.<br /> I have called Professional Technical Services, (Suzanne I believe) numerous times to find out the status of the part. She rarely answers the phone and when she does she promises a call back which has never happens. I always have to call back. I have left voicemails asking her to please call me back to no avail.<br /> I own several Miele products and love them and have always valued the service provided. This experience has left me feeling enormously frustrated. It does not seem worthy of the Miele name. I will never use this service company again and don't think you should recommend them. I have called Suzanne every day this week with no call back from her. I finally decided to call the main customer service number and asked them to assist me. They called her directly and it took that action for her to get someone to contact me and voila! guess what? the part is in (mysteriously convenient) and Pedro will be here Friday. This has all been hugely disappointing.
