On December 30, 2020, I purchased a Tempur Pedic Contour mattress and box springs from the Ashley store on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge Louisiana. It cost me almost $4,000. I paid for the White Glove delivery; however, when my mattress arrived it was placed in my hallway. I had to un-package the boxes, get help to place the mattress and box spring on my bed and tear down the boxes and put out to trash.<br /> After 30 days, I decided I did not like the mattress so I went back to the store to pick out another. I chose the Temper Pedic Hybrid mattress. A week later it was delivered to my home but upon inspection it was determined that I already had the Temper Pedic Hybrid!!! My initial order was incorrect!! So I went back to the store to explain that I never received the Contour mattress that is on my initial receipt. They assured me that they would get it correct this time.<br /> A week later I get a call from Ashley that they will be delivering the Hybrid mattress to my house. I had to explain that I already have the Hybrid; I never received the Contour that is on my original receipt. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I'm still with the Hybrid mattress as of today's date and have not heard from Ashley as to when the mattress that I purchase would be delivered to me. At this point I'm so frustrated and will NEVER order another thing from the Ashley store and will NEVER recommend the store to anyone. I'm paying almost $4,000 for a mattress I didn't purchase and NOONE is trying to resolve it!!!!!!
