Original Comment Disgraceful company. They accepted Stimulus check from IRS, then denied me access to my own money. Then they wanted me to send my personal info to them ( drivers license, social security number and another form of address verification). I live in Washington D.C.. Then when I refused,they said I would have to close the account. I said Cool, send the check back to the IRS. I was then told, they could not do that but could refund my money. Send me a check minus a $15 processing fee. That's bullcrap. Now I'm contacting the IRS about this.
