The Popeyes in Sumter, SC is starting to loose my business. At first I was told that I could not customize my order. Why not. If I am paying the extra fee why I cannot get my order the way I want it. The new manager Tierra has a nasty demeanor and the phone number she provided for her GM is always busy and can't speak to anyone about this situation. If something is not done they will loose a lot of business.
