Original Comment I made an online order for delivery. The driver called and couldn't speak any English and he wasn't at my house. I called Chili's for help and get some body at the store to translate with the driver. I spoke to a manager and he said he couldn't help and couldn't refund my money even though the driver took the food back to the store. I'm trying to contact Corp office to get a refund but that office won't take calls I'll probably wind up contacting credit card company to dispute the charge. This was wrong on so many levels. The manager talked so badly to me. So I got no food and Chili's still has my money. This is so wrong.
