Original Comment Venmo used to be great. I'm not sure what happened. I had some issues with my bank and used venmo to transfer my paycheck. Now after 11 days it's just sitting there pending. They froze my account and I had to send my ID, more documents and they realized once again I had two accounts and froze it again. I only made another account because they had frozen the first one and I couldn't get in and they did it again now. Forget getting a response during or after 24 hours. They respond when they want. My husband and I are moving and we needed the money ASAP. We had to borrow money from everyone. I understand things come up but waiting this long is unacceptable. And the agents in chat or phone can't and won't help you after they hand it off to a certain department that can only be reached through email? I rarely file a review, but this has me extremely frustrated. I couldn't pay any of my bills yet because of this and it is way past the first of the month. I am growing very impatient, I am sick of jumping through hoops and not getting anywhere. I would at least appreciate an update on what's going on.
