Original Comment I took my brand new 2021 Toyota RAV4 to make them in Bellingham Washington. I requested dark purple metallic. I paid $1500. The color they painted it bears no resemblance to dark purple metallic. Not wanting to be adversarial, I suggested (as a compromise) that I could pay 750 for them to do it properly even though it was their mistake not mine. Matt only would go to 10% off!! is he crazy? Again, this was their error, not mine. In speaking to Matt, I asked him if he had even seen the emails with the pictures of the color I wanted and he said no. So what's the point of sending an email if he doesn't read it? I have had vehicles painted by Maaco before and has never not been fully satisfied. Until now. They should take the franchise away from this guy
