Original Comment My husband and I reserved a room for the weekend of June 25-June 27, 2021 at the Comfort Inn South in Indianapolis, IN. We were given a room on the first floor because the elevator was not working. The window in the room did not lock nor did the window in the hallway outside the room have a lock on it. My husband informed the front desk and was told maintenance would be contacted and come to the room and repair. We waited over an hour and no one came. We went back to the front desk and were brushed off by a belligerent front desk employee who was annoyed with our complaint and concern. We never unpacked and were at the hotel no longer than two hours. We canceled our reservation but were charged for one night. We will not stay at a Comfort Inn ever again.
