Original Comment I specifically paid for a certain day at a certain hotel for my daughter's birthday party upon arrival to check in the pool was still closed for Coronavirus. Even though it's blatantly said on the website that it was open. Dry I canceled my reservation because obviously that's the only reason I wanted to stay in that hotel and never got refunded still to this day over a month later never got my money back and never got to stay. $110 down the drain at a time like this is ridiculous. I don't know much about this hotel but I know I will never work there again.
