I recently had the worst experience and customer service I've ever had in my life. I took my daughter's truck in to get a fresh color change paint job for her graduation and birthday present. I dropped the truck off on Monday 6/21/21 and got it back Thursday 7/15/21 with issues still not corrected and was told not to come back. I went over all the issues with the manager(s) in person 5 times during that time span and got told each time everything would be taken care of which did not happen. Very frustrating and horrible customer service. <br /> <br /> One big issue was over spray, I understand over spray is going to happen but this was uncalled for and not professional at all! I had paint (not over spray, but paint) on the interior dash (which was a brand new dash and now discolored and messed up), all inside the wheel wells &amp; complete under carriage, all over the weatherstriping, all on the bow tie emblems (which were custom wrapped), all on my seats, all on the inside trim pieces, rims &amp; tires, windows &amp; mirrors, engine bay, on the radiator behind the front grill, door handles. The exterior of the doors at the door handles have chips on them which was supposed to be fixed but was not and I was told it was because they can't do more than 1 warranty a week. This is complete BS because I never even took the truck from the shop so how is it a warranty item, this is a quality defect from their work and should've been resolved before I was given the truck back. <br /> <br /> I was told I had to pay in full now and bring my truck back in 3 weeks for the doors to be redone. I refused to pay the complete payment at this time and offered to pay 80% off the cost now and the remaining once the doors are completed as this was supposed to be done correctly. After an hour of back and forth, I was given the keys to my truck and told not to come back. I'm left with interior damages of $500+, over spray and chips on my doors still. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed and repaired correctly asap!
