Original Comment KFC Customer Service,<br /> <br /> Today I went thru drive thru at your store#G410048 in Knoxville,Tennessee at 12:59 pm. My receipt is attached with pictures of the chicken to your corporate office. Now the supervisor at window was very unfriendly after I had to return a severly burned chicken breast and showed her. <br /> She didn't say one word to me not even an apology then just shut drive thru window after giving me a replacement piece.<br /> <br /> I got home a new replacement breast piece was not fully cooked and white meat was just mushy. I was afraid to even give to my pets. <br /> Very unsatisfied and unfortunately I hear complaints regularly and poor quality of this store location from both family and friends! Normally frequent customer but maybe no longer at this kfc location!
