I ordered the 12 piece tailgate from store 1218, Bentley Commons Blvd Richmond Virginia. When I checked my food I was missing two biscuits and one piece of chicken. I called back to the store and talked to Matt the store manager and he said rather than have me drive back to the store he would give me 20% off my next order this was on 6/20/2021. This was in addition to them not having dirty rice ready when I placed the order and I had to wait 45 minutes on my order. Ok so I retutn today 7/25/2021 to order another 12 piece super tailgate and told the drive thru cashier about my 20% off my meal that Matt promised me from my June 20th visit. The manager on duty is Sarah Williams and she ask for my name and the date to verify with store manager. Ok so I get the 20% off my meal and when I got home to feed my family I was missing the 6 biscuits. I called the store but it went to voice mail so I left a message. My husband and I rode five miles back to the Bojangles to get the 6 biscuits. Sarah told me she could was not authorized to give me the biscuits because she is not the store manager and the manager would have to call me Monday morning. Pull up the cameras and see if the put the biscuits in my box. She said she did not have access to the cameras. She was only there to make sure the employees did not burn down the store and steal. I requested she call Matt to get the password and she said she did but could not reach him. So she was just there for security because the inside lobby was locked. I was told it was because they were short handed by an employee outside on break. I will never come back to this Bojangles again because they always be are out of something and they got my order wrong twice. Sarah said the guy that packed my order had already left so she could not verify if he left the biscuits out of my order. Call him. She had no number for him and she expected me to believe that. She also said people had been scamming them saying they were missing stuff from orders. I told her I had better things to do than waste my gas by riding 10 miles to come back to get my biscuits that I did not get. I started to call the police because this is ridiculous but I did not want to waste their time. This kind of stuff only happens in our neighborhoods and it is not acceptable. I left my name and number with Sarah Williams the acting manager or security guard and she is supposed to leve it for Matt to call me on Monday. Totally unacceptable. Do not eat there.
