Original Comment American Home Shield should fire Ashley William's and Abreedka (Abredka). These two people are poor representatives of the company. They will not let you rate their conduct or actions. My air-conditioning has been broken since May. They send a new contractor to start over my initial call for service with a new vendor today. Abredka said they are waiting on parts. What parts? No one should have to go through lies after lies from American Home Shield Agents. Those who do their job properly ask for feed back. Not these two because they can get away with being rude and inefficient. I have been with this company for over 10yrs with automatic pay and yet these two act as if we are playing some game and I am dying.
