I bought a weed eater and the thing won't run , I called customer service and they played games when I asked to speak to someone over their heads, because they advised me that I would have to take it 32 miles to get service which I would have to leave it and go back and pick it up. I have only had the thing one and a half months but home depot won't exchange it but I have only used it 4 times. This is going to cost me money and Tyson, Dina ,Jennie have forgotten what customer service intel's, I payed $350.00 for the equipment and they want me to drive to have it repaired and it's not 2mos old. I have purchased my last peice of equipment from RYOBI. in this lifetime
