Original Comment I have been with cricket for 2 months and the service is horrible. I set up bridge pay paid $50 then I didn't have the money for $66 to finish payment in full. I got a message not to forget to pay and if I needed an extension on my extended bridge pay to call so I did that was told to pay $50 which i borrowed and paid for extension this morning my phone is off. So PISSED disguished that I am crying. I am waiting for a phone call for a job and now they are asking me to pay $71 more, what the hell I have already paid $100 and my bill is $106. I wish I never changed my services and I will be going somewhere else this is a rip off. Waited for 3.5 hrs to talk to a manager and still waiting. talk to 5 different agents and nobody could do nothing. I am so frustrated with cricket. Thanks for nothing. I have no job, was cut off unemployment but I worked upon this money to keep my phone on to find a job and this bull happens. Cricket needs better understanding and people on these calls that actually help people. Going back to where I came from but I'm ripped off of $100 just not right
