Original Comment Made a visit to the Ref Lobster on Merchant Drive in Knoxville TN. Today is 4/9/2022. Ordered a side Caesar salad that came with Ranch dressing my husband does not care for ranch dressing so we asked if that was a true Caesar salad. The waitress's was excellent however the kitchen help decided to come out and speak to myself and my husband as if we were ignorant setting down cups of salad dressing as if he needed to explain the difference. I preceded to tell him we were use to most Caesar salads coming with a vinaigrette style of dressing and the manager walked over to what seemed like to cheer her kitchen help on and tell us we were wrong it was a Caesar salad. Salad don't care about but when a worker comes out and rudely tries to impress upon the customer that they are wrong my sixteen years of customer service comes out and makes me want to impress some manners upon the help and the manager. My husband an army veteran did not nor do I deserve to be treated with such disrespect. The manager even went so far as to be sure to let us know that there would be an extra charge for the baked macaroni and cheese not that that mattered either way. They were rude disrespectful and I truly felt embarrassed for your company . Sincerely Lisa Conner
