Original Comment What the heck! I applied for a server job, which I'm extremely over qualified for, at your Selma, Tx location. Before I went to my scheduled interview, I decided to go by for lunch to check out the vibe. OMG! The teenage, sans smile hostess was total low energy and not into her job. All she could do was mumble that I would have to wait 20 minutes for lunch. Looking around, the place was less than half full. NOT GOOD! I left. The next day I showed up for my interview. There was not anyone there. You have a beautiful location in Selma. I would suggest you get it together and figure out what's wrong. At this point I will not be eating at Chilis, ever! I'm afraid the food will be as low class and tasteless as the way you run your restaurant.
