Original Comment I just went to one of your locations in Albuquerque NM, on Osuna and Jefferson. I ordered a burrito with a bagel and orange juice. The person who took my order was angry because he had to make a burrito. I believe his name is chuck, according to my receipt. He told a coworker he was mad because he had to make a burrito. They were a bagel place not a burrito place. He continued to complain throughout the whole time I was there. He was cussing slamming the microwave door and throwing things. He grabbed the food and was throwing it on the counter. His coworkers told him to take a break and he did not. He was very angry when he handed me my food. Every thing in the bag is thrown together. I will not be eating it and I would like a refund. Not only did he ruin my breakfast but he ruined my mood, I was not happy when I left. I will not go to this location again unless he is not there. This is the closest location to my work, that I frequently visit. You will be losing me as a customer if this is not remedied in some way. I love Einstein Bagels it is one of my favorite places to eat when I get a chance.
