Original Comment Roku has no problem with stealing your money I had issues with Roku during hurricane Keon no service no power no nothing I informed them that I would like a refund or credit to my account I explain to them that I no longer have the card that was used for payment They proceeded to process a payment to a debit card that no longer exists and now they're saying that there's nothing that they can do about it I've had to file plenty of reports with the Better Business Bureau the people are very rude inconsiderate you can't understand a word they do not speak American English with an American dialect they do as they want to do with your account they don't give you any type of information as to what's going on and then you're stuck now I have money sitting in the air somewhere I explain to them that it was a gift card that I no longer have the lady told me to contact my financial institution so I am assuming that's the Ghostbusters because it's not linked to any bank it's a throwaway card and all I get is nothing six years of being a customer I pray that another company can come out to compete with Roku
