Original Comment Hi I am stay at the airport comfort Inn location. Our family blocked rooms for a rate of $84 a night but I was charged more for tonight. Also the front desk man said I had to pay for my room on full yesterday for both nights. I told him I wanted to pay cash upon my check but he said I had to pay then with my credit card. Never heard of this. He also told me I had to speak with the manager regarding the higher price for the room. Today I went to the front desk rang the bell no one was on sight. What should I do? Should I write a letter to cooperate!
