Original Comment What happened to the days we would call vision works and someone actually picked up the phone? Now an automated machine picks up we ask to speak to someone no one answers at the store and then we wait over 30 minutes for someone to pick up the line at customer service and still no one picks up. I bought several pairs of glasses and I have a pair of Ray Ban's that I need a receipt for as the eyepiece plastic is falling apart. But under my account there are no orders or any history. I complained about this over a year ago and still no history. Where does the problem begin? Fix it as I am sure I can't be the only one. This is not the last you will hear from me and I will get satisfaction one way or another because I am one upset customer.
