I have been a Motorola faithful purchaser and user for the last 5 cell phones. Purchased through Verizon an EDGE which after several months gave me all types of problems. Verizon was very nice and replace the phone with a refurbished EDGE. After a few months it had same and more issues than first one. Called Motorola customer service and after talking to 3 people including a supervisor was told I could only exchange for another refurbished one which I am sure would give me same problem. Asked why after 2 phones I couldn't get a new one.....NO !!!<br /> I was a loyal customer with Motorola from flip phones to 5G.I will NEVER buy another phone from them and tell everyone not to deal with a company that doesn't care about loyalty when their product is defective after 2 tries. Hello Samsung/ LG / and anyone but Motorola
